Capacity tests
We will share 3 tests with you that you can perform online at your own convenience. These tests concern your verbal, numerical & abstract skills and will be used to further assess your application. All details will be shared with you via e-mail.

Interview
In this step you will have an interview with someone from our team where we talk about your desires, ambitions, past experiences etc. The goal is to determine if we are fit for each other!

Assessment day
We invite you to our office for the assessment day! Upfront, you will receive a personality test and a case study with matching dataset, the idea of the case is that you present the findings of your analysis back to us. Next to the case, you will also take part in a role play and we will discuss the results of your personality test together.

Contract
