## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects in large organizations
 * Solid experience in information security governance; data security experience is a plus
 * Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
 * Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence decision-makers
 * Familiarity with Agile, change management (e.g., ADKAR), and project frameworks like Prince2 or ITIL
 * Experience in the financial services industry is required
 * Fluent in English (mandatory), French, and Dutch
