You have a technical background, for example a bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, complemented by a few years of relevant experience. You are comfortable working with tools such as Inventor, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and you get energy from coming up with creative solutions to technical challenges.

You are also a strong communicator, ask the right questions and easily build trust with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You know how to explain technical solutions clearly and convincingly and enjoy working together to achieve the best result.

As a Solution Engineer, you play a key role in developing logistics automation solutions. You engage with customers, analyse their challenges and translate their needs into smart technical concepts. With your technical insight and customer-focused approach, you develop solutions that make a difference both technically and operationally. You prepare quotations and cost calculations and support colleagues throughout the entire process, from design to delivery.
