The Role

 * Build multi-step AI agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks
 * Develop production RAG pipelines, embeddings and retrieval systems
 * Design AI evaluation frameworks and testing infrastructure
 * Optimise model performance, reliability, latency and cost
 * Build backend services in Python and contribute to cloud-based systems
 * Mentor engineers and influence technical direction at Lead level
