## About the Role

Substantial hands-on Cisco network engineering experience.

Proven background in large, complex IT environments.

Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, VLANs and static and dynamic routing.

Experience with Azure, Azure vWAN, AWS and Zscaler.

Knowledge of network monitoring tools, including SolarWinds and Sentinel.

Experience building and maintaining physical and virtual networks.

Familiarity with Avaya telephony and network security.

Understanding of ITSM and ISO 20000 principles.

Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently own technical tasks and work effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.

Must be eligible and willing to undergo the required security vetting process.
