 * Customer Decisioning Frameworks
 * Inbound and Outbound Campaigns
 * Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 * Experience working in Agile environments .
 * Professional level of English .

Nice to Have

 * Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Retail projects.
 * Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization within Pega.
 * Additional Pega certifications.
 * Experience working directly with clients in consulting environments.

 * Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) .
 * Configure and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies, Engagement Policies, Offers, and Treatments.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Develop integrations using REST and SOAP services.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams.
 * Support testing, deployments, and production activities.
