## About the Role

The successful Full Stack Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

 * Strong commercial experience building full-stack applications in production environments
 * Advanced TypeScript and React development skills
 * Strong Python backend development experience using FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks
 * Excellent PostgreSQL and SQL expertise, including data modelling and optimisation
 * Experience building secure authentication and role-based access control systems
 * Knowledge of AWS or comparable cloud platforms
 * Experience with containers, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
 * Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and technical decision-making
 * Experience using AI development tools and an interest in AI-enabled software products

Desirable experience includes:

 * Next.js and Node.js
 * Redis, WebSockets, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch
 * Background processing frameworks such as Celery
 * Kubernetes or Terraform
 * LLM-powered applications and AI workflow development
 * Experience in regulated or security-focused environments

## Description

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and scale an AI-powered enterprise platform, owning end-to-end product development across React, Python, AWS, and modern cloud technologies.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

 * Design, build, and deliver full-stack product features across frontend, backend, and database layers
 * Develop complex user interfaces using TypeScript and React
 * Build and maintain scalable Python services and REST APIs using FastAPI or Django
 * Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and query performance
 * Develop secure authentication, authorisation, and access control systems for enterprise applications
 * Build integrations with third-party platforms such as Microsoft 365, CRMs, HR systems, and document management tools
 * Collaborate with AI specialists to deliver AI-enabled product features and workflows
 * Create reliable event-driven services, background processing systems, and real-time application functionality
 * Contribute to cloud-native applications running on AWS
 * Champion software quality through testing, code reviews, security best practices, and CI/CD processes
