## About the Role

Seeking a senior hands-on engineering leader with deep expertise in Java-based low latency distributed systems and high-performance messaging architectures. The role combines technical strategy, architecture, and execution across latency-sensitive platforms., * Extensive experience building high-performance Back End systems in Java.

 * Strong knowledge of low latency system design, concurrency, and JVM internals.
 * Experience with Aeron or comparable high-performance messaging technologies.
 * Deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
 * Familiarity with Linux, networking, profiling, and performance tuning.
 * Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives in demanding environments.

Preferred

 * Experience with ultra-low latency optimization.
