## About the Role

Analysis Skills, Business Solutions, Process Improvement, Team Player, Computer Science, Software Development, Financial Services, Analysis Skills, Financial Modeling, Database Design, * Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

 * Five plus years of software development experience with strong analysis, design, and modeling skills. Financial services industry preferred.
 * Proficiency in SQL programming along with database modeling and design, primarily using Microsoft SQL Server.
 * Proficiency in using C# and/or Java for back-end development.
 * Experience with version control systems (Git, TFVC).
 * Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a plus:
 + Charles River Investment Management System
 + Markit EDM Platform
 + Data Warehouse Platforms
 + Front-end web frameworks like Angular/React
 + Large Language Models like GPT

## Description

* Implementation of new and improvement of existing business applications.
 * Work with various Investment teams, Trading and other business units to design, develop and maintain solutions that will enhance performance, automate workflows and reduce errors.
