## About the Role

* 3+ years of related experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, MLOps, software engineering, or a comparable technical field.
 * Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
 * Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
 * Experience developing or maintaining services in AWS.
 * Experience using Python for automation, platform services, or application development.
 * Experience working with Kubernetes or AWS container services such as EKS or ECS.
 * Experience with AI/ML deployment, SageMaker, Lambda, or model observability tools such as Arize, preferred.

Special Factors:

 * Participation in a rotating production support schedule is required.

## Description

Provides intermediate level technical support for small to mid-size cloud based projects. Identifies, resolves, or escalates hardware or software issues that span multiple technology domains.

As an AI/ML Platform Engineer, you will build and support the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and observability capabilities that enable reliable delivery of AI and machine learning solutions. You will work with engineering partners to create scalable platform services, improve operational performance, and support models throughout their lifecycle. This role combines AWS platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and production support within a sprint-based delivery environment.

This Hybrid Role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Malvern, PA (HQ)

Responsibilities:

 * Build and support CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing AI/ML models.
 * Implement and maintain AI observability capabilities using Arize.
 * Develop and support scalable platform services in AWS.
 * Create platform solutions using Python and applicable AWS and container technologies, including Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Lambda, and SageMaker.
 * Monitor platform performance and resolve reliability, scalability, and operational issues.
 * Automate repeatable deployment, monitoring, and support processes.
 * Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate platform needs into technical solutions.
 * Deliver prioritized work through sprint planning, development, testing, and implementation.
 * Participate in a rotating production support schedule.
