## About the Role

Preferred Qualifications

 * CCNP certification or equivalent
 * Firewall configuration experience (Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, or SonicWall)
 * Cisco and Arista programming experience
 * Cloud networking in GCP and AWS
 * Python scripting
 * TACACS implementation and administration
 * Experience with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Pingdom, or ZenDuty

## Description

Credo is seeking a Network Engineer to support and strengthen our IT infrastructure operations. The role focuses on Tier I-II customer support, infrastructure monitoring, uptime management, and technical assistance for senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings hands-on enterprise networking experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to help scale Credo's IT operations reliably and efficiently., * Configure and manage networking technologies across LAN and WAN environments

 * Monitor network services, performance, and uptime end-to-end
 * Provide Tier I-II troubleshooting and operational support
 * Implement network architecture and integrate with enterprise systems
 * Execute change management and patch management activities
 * Manage network-related procurement, including vendor evaluation and selection
 * Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for operations and policy requirements
 * Develop automation to streamline recurring operational tasks
 * Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to continuously improve network services and security posture
