## Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role will provide hands-on technical leadership to the development team, collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, BSAs, QA, and business stakeholders, and ensure solutions follow Salesforce engineering, security, integration, and release-management best practices.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
 * Provide hands-on technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
 * Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
 * Guide developers on solution design, coding standards, reusable components, and Salesforce platform best practices.
 * Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
 * Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration/middleware platforms.
 * Develop solutions considering Salesforce governor limits, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
 * Provide technical guidance on Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and data-access models.
 * Collaborate with architects on solution design, integration patterns, data architecture, and platform strategy.
 * Work closely with QA teams on unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
 * Support CI/CD, source control, deployment, release management, and production troubleshooting.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
 * Mentor Salesforce developers and help strengthen the team's overall technical capabilities.
