## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SRE Lead with strong expertise in Java, Google Cloud Platform, and Data Engineering to lead a Scrum team and drive successful product delivery. The candidate must have strong technical leadership, business communication, and stakeholder management skills, as this role will involve direct interaction with client VPs and business stakeholders. Mandatory Skills

 * 8+ years of overall IT experience.
 * Strong SRE / Site Reliability Engineering experience.
 * Strong Java development experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
 * Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts.
 * Experience leading Scrum/Agile teams.
 * Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively with senior business stakeholders and client VPs.
 * Ability to drive delivery, production stability, reliability, and issue resolution.
 * Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.

Note: This is a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ, so candidates must be able to work from the Phoenix location as required.
