 * Messaging & Event Streaming: 3+ years with MQ, WMQ, or Kafka for asynchronous communication patterns.
 * DevOps, Cloud & Observability: 3+ years configuring CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Terraform), cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and log monitoring (Splunk, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana).
 * Agile SDLC: 5+ years across the full SDLC; 3+ years in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments with Git.
 * Mandatory AI Capabilities: Enterprise-mandated proficiency (90%+ weekly active usage) in approved GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) for code generation, documentation, and analysis.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:
