* Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in a technology-related field.

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
\n, * Prior experience utilizing Jira software, CRM casing tools, or working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

 * Hands-on background with mobile communications, wireless devices, or device log analysis.

 * Domain knowledge or operational experience within the transportation and logistics industry.

 * Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, or languages like Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
