## About the Role

Salesforce.com, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Salesforce.com, Cloud Computing, Predictive Modeling, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Experience, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents, Business Operations, * 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role

 * 5+ years of CRM industry experience
 * Ability to drive requirement gathering
 * Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
 * Experience with GenAI prompt writing
 * Hands on experience with at least one of the following:

 + Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
 + Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
 * Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
 * Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling
 * Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
 * Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
 * Willing and able learner of new technologies

## Description

* Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
 * Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
 * Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions
 * Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
 * Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence
 * Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
 * Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
 * Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
 * Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities, o You'll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
o You'll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team members
