## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive technical architecture, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and integrated systems., 10-12 years of Salesforce experience, including technical leadership.
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Strong understanding of data modeling, data migration, security, and integration patterns.
Experience with CI/CD, deployment strategies, and release management.
Excellent communication, technical documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

Lead technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems.
Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including application design, data models, security, integrations, environments, and release strategy.
Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design, develop, and govern implementations using Apex, MuleSoft, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce configuration.
Architect and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, middleware, ETL, and iPaaS tools.
Define data architecture, data migration strategies, and integration patterns for transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce.
Create and review technical architecture documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, integration designs, and deployment models.
Define environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes based on project complexity.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
