## About the Role

7+ years of desktop engineering / endpoint

management experience

Strong Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience

Intune and Endpoint Manager expertise

Azure AD / Entra ID administration

PowerShell scripting experience

Windows engineering and support experience

Experience with Lenovo hardware is a plus

## Description

Level 2 infrastructure team supporting a large, fast-scaling organization. This

is a hands-on role where you'll own and enhance the company's Azure Virtual

Desktop environment while helping drive endpoint strategy and automation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and expand Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

environments

Administer Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD,

and Entra ID

Create and maintain desktop and AVD images

Automate processes using PowerShell

Troubleshoot complex desktop and virtual

desktop issues

Partner with business teams to design desktop

solutions that improve the user experience

Stay current on evolving Azure and Microsoft

best practices
