## About the Role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience: Five or more years of professional software development experience, including experience in Software Development Life Cycle processes and Agile methodologies.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in C++, Golang, Rust, or Python, with strong experience in at least one language and a willingness to learn the others. Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory is required, along with experience in UI/UX design and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
 * Experience in backend design, development, and system integration.
 * Experience with software architectures, data frameworks, and secure communications protocols.
 * Experience with the production deployment of Machine Learning models.

## Description

* Lead software development projects to meet product requirements, ensuring high quality through unit, functional, integration, and regression testing.
 * Document system architecture, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
 * Deploy software applications to production environments and participate in design reviews.
 * Track project milestones and releases to ensure schedules and objectives are met.
 * Train and mentor junior engineers, performing architecture, design, and code reviews.
 * Lead continuous process and productivity improvements within the engineering team.
 * Write clean, efficient code across multiple programming languages to integrate with diverse software systems.
