## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, endpoint deployment, or a related IT support role.
 * Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or Windows Autopilot.
 * Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications.
 * Experience supporting hardware including laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
 * Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking processes.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
 * Ability to manage multiple deployment projects and support requests simultaneously., * Experience using ServiceNow for asset tracking, ticket management, and documentation.
 * Experience supporting large-scale hardware refresh or migration projects.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.

Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), We are seeking an IT Deployment Technician to support enterprise-wide device deployment, imaging, and refresh initiatives. This individual will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting end-user hardware while ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong desktop support skills, hands-on imaging experience, and excellent customer service abilities., * Configure, image, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in a Windows environment.

 * Perform workstation deployments, hardware refreshes, device replacements, and technology rollouts.
 * Utilize SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, or similar tools to provision and manage endpoint devices.
 * Install, configure, and support enterprise software and standard business applications.
 * Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues.
 * Track device inventory, lifecycle status, and deployment activities using asset management systems.
 * Maintain accurate records of assets, deployments, and support activities within ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop support, and security teams to ensure deployment standards are met.
 * Assist with office moves, new hire onboarding, and equipment setup.
 * Follow established documentation, deployment procedures, and service-level expectations.
