This is a great opportunity for an engineer to build a career and learn about IBOR (Investor Book of Record). This position requires a high level of collaboration and interaction with our other technology partners across the department, and an ability to deliver in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The individual must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments with people at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities * Design, implement, deploy, and support IBOR platform components * Build scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring, and SpringBoot * Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions * Work with PMs, Tech Leads, and QA on estimates, delivery, and risk management * Align solutions with enterprise architecture and engineering standards AI-Integrated Development * Use AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development and improve quality * Apply AI across the SDLC: * Code generation, refactoring, and optimization * Test development and automation * Debugging and production issue resolution * Documentation and knowledge capture * Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI-assisted workflows, We believe that in person interactions inspire and energize our community and are essential to our culture.
