## Description

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant to lead Finance and Controlling solution delivery within SAP ECC environments and support future S/4HANA transformation initiatives for a global technology services firm. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on configuration expertise, strong manufacturing finance process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with finance, accounting, treasury, and controlling teams. This is a hybrid/on-site role in Reno, Nevada.
What You'll Do:

 * Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
 * Work closely with finance, accounting, treasury, and controlling teams.
 * Gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
 * Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, PCA, and Product Costing.
 * Drive integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
 * Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
 * Participate in ECC-to-S/4HANA assessments and migration planning.
