## Description

CBTS is seeking a highly skilled Sr OT Network Engineer to support the design, deployment, and ongoing reliability of Operational Technology network infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This onsite role serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT, plant engineering, production engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations., n

 * Serve as the onsite network technical lead for OT-related initiatives and escalations.
\n

 * Partner with IT, plant engineering, production engineering, maintenance, and business teams to support network requirements and project delivery.
\n

 * Lead the deployment, commissioning, and ongoing support of OT network infrastructure.
\n

 * Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments.
\n

 * Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions, including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control practices.
\n

 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues impacting plant and production operations.
\n

 * Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed.
\n

 * Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments.
\n

 * Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
