## About the Role

* BS Computer Science or related subject
\n

 * Strong programming proficiency in any of the following high level languages: Python, Java, C/C++ or Go with a proven track record of automation and an algorithmic approach to problem solving.
\n

 * Excellent command of Linux - tuning, systems programming
\n

 * Experience with any automated configuration management tools - i.e. - Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, Terraform, CloudFormation etc.
\n

 * Container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or similar
\n

## Description

They are looking to significantly increase the breadth and scale of their centralized SRE function to champion best practices around reliability and operational efficiency across the firm. You'll act as Developer Consultant a matrix of individual Engineering sub-teams, where you'll join a team of Operationally minded Software Engineers who thrill on building robust and scalable solutions that ultimately drive wider business performance.
