## Description

We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to create realistic and challenging coding tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems., * Create tasks involving feature implementation, bug fixing, debugging, and performance optimization.

 * Develop deterministic verifiers that distinguish valid solutions from incorrect or incomplete ones.
 * Work with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or similar languages.
 * Build and evaluate scalable services and APIs.
 * Diagnose software defects and system bottlenecks.
 * Apply automated testing to validate software behavior and task outcomes.
 * Review code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and engineering quality.
 * Refactor complex or legacy codebases where appropriate.
 * Apply algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals to practical engineering problems.
 * Document technical reasoning and implementation decisions clearly., The assessment process is designed to evaluate your independent technical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
