 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 14 years of experience in software engineering, or 18 years of experience in software engineering without a degree.
 * Experience with C++ ingest processing and component development.
 * Experience writing C-based micro plugins.
 * Experience developing circuit and packet processing systems and streaming data processing functionality.
 * Experience modifying processing parameters and system configurations and monitoring and troubleshooting network issues.
 * Linux/Unix command-line skills and shell/Bash scripting.
 * Working knowledge of data and voice communications technologies, network protocols, circuit and packet processing systems, and VoIP processing.
 * Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD.

## Description

* Develop C++ code for ingest processing and software components.
 * Write C-based micro plugins.
 * Develop circuit and packet processing systems.
 * Write streaming data processing functionality.
 * Modify processing system parameters and update system configurations to resolve problems.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure data is properly formatted, transmitted to, and processed at the backend.
