 * Erstellung und Pflege von Konfigurationsmanagement-Handbüchern und -Plänen
 * Berücksichtigung vertraglicher Anforderungen sowie relevanter Normen und Standards
 * Analyse und Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Konfigurationsstrukturen und Baselines
 * Steuerung und Überwachung des Änderungsmanagements (Change Management)
 * Erfassung, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Änderungsanträgen
 * Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Änderungsgremien
 * Erstellung von Statusreports und Kennzahlen zum Konfigurationsmanagement
 * Durchführung von Audits sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
