## About the Role

 * AdTech industry experience strongly preferred

## Description

Join Nexxens SSP Software Development team building and running a high-throughput SSP that processes hundreds

of billions of real-time ad requests a day. Youll own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end, apply an AI-first

mindset to solve hard AdTech problems, and raise the bar for the team through code review and mentorship - with

performance, scalability, and operational excellence guiding every project.

WHAT YOULL DO

 * Own complex initiatives end-to-end: design,

implementation, integration, rollout, and operation

 * Apply an AI-first mindset to software

development and data exploration

 * Integrate with DSPs, SSPs, third-party data

providers, and standards such as OpenRTB and

VAST

 * Build high-throughput, low-latency services with

efficient caching and in-memory stores (Redis,

Kafka, Aerospike)

 * Apply an SRE mindset: observability, incident

response, capacity planning, and a shared on-call

pager rotation

 * Raise the technical bar through code review,

mentorship, and process/tooling decisions

 * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in

systems processing billions of transactions/day

 * Drive test, monitoring, and automation coverage,

including load and acceptance testing

 * Partner with product, ops, and engineering teams
