## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive Plex ERP experience, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to drive system optimization and operational efficiency., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 * 5+ years of hands-on Plex ERP experience.
\n

 * At least one full-cycle Plex ERP implementation.
\n

 * Hands-on experience with Mach2 (Plex MES Automation & Orchestration).
\n

 * Strong knowledge of ERP administration, system integrations, EDI, workflows, and reporting.
\n

 * Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
\n

 * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n

 * Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate and plant-level teams.
\n
