## About the Role

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Customer Support/Service, Customer Experience, Process Improvement, Cross-Functional, Finance, Reporting Dashboards, Data Analysis, Business Support, * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Sage
