 * Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document infrastructure and processes.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * Experience supporting research, bioinformatics, or healthcare IT environments is beneficial.
