## About the Role

* 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 * Client Certified System Administrator (CSA).
 * Client Certified Application Developer (CAD).
 * Client CIS-ITSM certification.
 * Two additional Client CIS certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, or similar).
 * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * ITIL v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
 * Experience across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
 * Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud technologies.
 * Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
 * Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

Immediate need for a talented ServiceNow Solution Engineer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote).  * Conduct Human Centered Design workshops and provide guidance on innovative possibilities.
 * Define platform, integration, and application architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
 * Translate business and mission needs into scalable solutions.
 * Provide guidance on configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.
 * Evaluate integration approaches and recommend architecture patterns for scalability.
 * Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
 * Support implementation teams through design reviews, technical guidance, and solution validation.
