## About the Role

* Master's or PhD degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
 * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.
 * Experience developing software using C, C++, C#, and/or FORTRAN.
 * Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience working with complex technical systems and software applications.
 * Knowledge of utility operations and industry technologies such as EMS, SCADA, GMS, ADMS, DMS, AGC, Economic Dispatch, State Estimation, AI/ML, or optimization tools is preferred.

 * Partner directly with utility customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
 * Integrate GMS applications with EMS, SCADA, and other operational technologies.
 * Lead software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities.
 * Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to drive innovation.
 * Contribute to solution design, project execution, and proposal development.
