## Description

* Support and administer endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM., * Support Windows and macOS endpoint lifecycle activities, including software deployments, patching, operating system upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot application, software deployment, and endpoint management issues through log analysis and root-cause investigation.
 * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
 * Monitor endpoint health, deployment success, vulnerability remediation, and compliance metrics to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
 * Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Application teams to implement and support endpoint and application engineering solutions.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
 * Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, and operational transition activities for new technologies and services.
 * Utilize ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes to support incident, change, and problem management activities.
 * Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement skills while identifying opportunities to enhance technology services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
