We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join a dynamic and exciting team within Apple's Global Network Services. You will be skilled in cross-organizational collaboration, liaising with internal teams and external service providers to operate and maintain the network infrastructure. You will need to develop and maintain clear documentation and procedures associated with operations. This position provides the opportunity to operate a cutting-edge, worldwide, multi-vendor network. In this fast paced role, you will provide operational support for Apple's Data Center network to address a wide variety of business challenges. You will be comfortable in a dynamic environment with the ability
to multi-task and provide technical support to various businesses within Apple., multi-vendor environments to ensure high availability. Execute Infrastructure Lifecycles & Upgrades: Plan, test, and deploy network maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and configuration changes adhering to BGP routing standards, overlay architectures, and security policies. Partner Cross-Functionally Across Global Teams: Act as a trusted technical partner to internal engineering groups, global stakeholders, and external vendors, delivering exceptional support and resolving complex connectivity challenges in a fast-paced environment. Modernize Workflows via Automation & GenAI: Streamline operational workflows and accelerate troubleshooting by applying configuration management tools (Ansible, Salt, Python) and leveraging modern GenAI tools to drive team efficiency. Champion Operational Hygiene & Documentation: Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and post-incident reviews to ensure consistent operational excellence
