## About the Role

Network Systems, Systems Engineering, Firewalls, Open Shortest Path First Protocol (OSPF), Network Systems, Identify Issues, Systems Engineering, Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless LAN, Hubs, (SolarWinds, PRTG) of 1000+ devices network and knowledge of NMS/Syslog monitoring, alerting and escalations Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs etc.) Drafting and documenting designs and standards Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems Must Haves Master''s or Bachelor''s degree in computer science or engineering 3 - 5 years of Experience in relevant field CCNA is required and CCNP, or equivalent (certified) is preferred Knowledge of NG-Firewalls (Multi-vendor, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate), Security products/practices - ACLs, Firewalls, VPN, etc and wireless access controllers and access points Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to articulate project level presentations to business sponsors Experienced in WAN protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF,), LAN/WLAN (DNS, IP Addressing, QoS, Spanning Tree, Multicast), Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR/ASR routers Project experience

The Network System Engineer is integral to our IT team, designing, implementing and maintaining robust network systems. This role requires deep knowledge of network protocols, hardware and security measures to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
