## About the Role

We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to accelerate the delivery of Agentic AI Solutions. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered agents, knowledge experiences, and workflow automations that improve employee productivity and enable trusted self-service. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with a user-centered mindset and hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications at scale., * Proficiency in C# and .NET application development

 * Experience with Client Agent Framework or similar enterprise agent frameworks
 * Knowledge of Azure AI Search, RAG architectures, and knowledge retrieval pipelines
 * Skills in REST APIs and enterprise system integrations
 * Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Experience with Client 365 Agent SDK
 * Familiarity with Client Teams applications, Adaptive Cards, and conversational experiences
 * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
 * Understanding of observability, telemetry, and AI performance optimization
