## Description

The Software Implementation Project Manager leads complex software implementation projects for healthcare Customers, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live. This role serves as the primary Customer contact, drives cross-functional collaboration, manages project risks, and ensures projects are completed on time and aligned with Customer expectations.

What You'll Do as a Software Implementation Project Manager

 * Lead end-to-end software implementation projects.
 * Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
 * Ensure adherence to defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
 * Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, call notes, and trip reports.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for Customers and stakeholders.
 * Gather Customer requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
 * Coordinate activities across implementation, data, software services, and client success teams.
 * Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
 * Oversee testing, training, go-live, and transition to support.
 * Drive Customer satisfaction through proactive communication and execution.
 * Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.
 * Mentor team members and support departmental initiatives.
