## About the Role

 * Hands-on experience with developer tooling ecosystems, including version control systems, CI/CD platforms, and observability tools.
 * Proficient in reading, writing, and debugging code across multiple programming languages or environments.
 * Strong understanding of data integration concepts, APIs, and ETL or ELT patterns.
 * Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

 * Experience in early-stage or growth-stage software companies.
 * Familiarity with engineering metrics or developer productivity frameworks.
 * Exposure to data warehousing, business intelligence tools, or analytics platforms.
 * Background in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure.

## Description

* Embed with strategic customers to assess their engineering workflows, data sources, and objectives.
 * Design and implement custom integrations that connect customer tools, such as ticketing systems, source control, and CI/CD pipelines, into the platform.
 * Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in customer environments, employing innovative problem-solving strategies.
 * Build tailored data pipelines, connectors, and configurations that meet specific customer requirements.
 * Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure field insights drive product enhancements.
 * Develop reusable assets and documentation that streamline future deployments.
 * Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering and platform teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
