## Description

The organization is seeking an Application Programmer III to support critical development and delivery of complex software requirements. The role involves ensuring solutions meet functional, non-functional, and compliance standards while being maintainable and easily integrable. Candidates will demonstrate strong proficiency in industry-standard development and testing practices, with extensive experience in design and architectural patterns., * Contribute to the refinement of user stories and requirements.

 * Lead and guide the team in estimating work needed to complete stories throughout the delivery process.
 * Conduct proof of concept activities to mitigate risks or validate new ideas.
 * Develop and unit test solutions to meet specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards.
 * Use multiple architectural components to design and develop client requirements across data, application, and business domains.
 * Assist the team in resolving technical challenges during story implementation.
 * Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity.
 * Develop and maintain automated test suites (including integration, regression, and performance testing).
 * Set up and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
 * Automate manual release activities.
 * Mentor and coach other software engineers on CI/CD practices and tooling automation.
