* Design and implement Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business requirements.
 * Demonstrate hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.
 * Lead cross-functional technical programs and manage interrelated projects to achieve business and engineering objectives.
 * Collaborate with business, engineering, product management, and architecture teams to design and launch new capabilities.
 * Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, metrics, KPIs, and delivery processes.
 * Manage program risks, identify bottlenecks, resolve technical challenges, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
 * Coordinate launch planning and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams and workflows.
 * Manage stakeholder communication, issue escalation, prioritization, and intake requests.
 * Influence technical strategy and balance business priorities with technical constraints.
 * Drive process Eligible to workimization and continuous improvement across technical programs.
