OpenKyber has a client that is seeking an Application Support - IT Analyst/Programmer in Phoenix, AZ. Overview: We are seeking a Power Platform Developer/Application Support Analyst to support the development, administration, and enhancement of critical business applications within a large public sector environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, cloud-based applications, SQL Server, and business process automation. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work directly with users to deliver effective technical solutions. This position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, configure, and support applications using Power Apps and Power Pages
 * Build, maintain, and optimize workflow automation solutions using Power Automate
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Create and maintain application documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles
 * Monitor application health, perform routine system checks, and respond to support tickets
 * Develop and maintain integrations between Power Platform, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs
 * Write T-SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and application support
 * Develop PowerShell and/or Python scripts to automate data movement and operational processes
 * Create, maintain, and schedule jobs that deliver timely and accurate reporting data
 * Support system interfaces and data exchanges with external organizations while ensuring compliance with established standards
 * Maintain application security, support environment governance, and assist with user training
 * Provide support for mission-critical cloud-based applications
 * Participate in an on-call support rotation and respond to high-priority production issues as needed
