## Description

* The State of Vermont is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide continued project management support for the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program.
 * Preference will be given to vendors who propose a PM from their team who has experience in similar missions and a skill set that meets EPMO process expectations.
 * The Project Manager will work closely with State teams, stakeholders, and the implementation vendor to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
 * The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow the State's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) processes., * Copies of required training certificates as indicated below for all proposed assigned personnel
 * HIPAA
 * PMP Certification

Roles and Responsibilities

 * Project Manager must complete the activities recognized in the EPMO project lifecycle to produce project deliverables
 * Need to use Tools like Azure DevOps, the EPMO's project management tool and Microsoft Office products in v2007 or newer (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.), and Adobe PDF, or other formats as acceptable to the State.
 * Responsible for conducting the lifecycle approach to support program and project needs.
