 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

As a Software Architect, you will define the technical direction for these capabilities, helping teams design, build, and evolve enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real business value while meeting high standards for security, governance, and performance., * Define and drive the architecture for TeamViewer's AI platform and ecosystem capabilities.

 * Establish architectural standards and best practices for AI-powered products, integrations, and platform services.
 * Design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support enterprise-grade AI experiences.
 * Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across multiple engineering teams.
 * Define approaches for testing, evaluation, observability, and monitoring to ensure quality and reliability.
 * Partner closely with engineering, product, and security teams to balance innovation, customer value, and risk management.
 * Mentor senior engineers and architects while fostering engineering excellence across the organization.
 * Drive strategic technology decisions related to AI platforms, integrations, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
