As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering reporting to the Sr. Director of Software Engineering, you''ll play a critical role in driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions that power our technology platforms and support Nasdaq''s global operations., * Lead and develop a team of software engineers, setting clear direction, fostering accountability, and building a culture of high performance.

 * Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions - from architecture through to deployment - ensuring quality and scalability.
 * Translate business requirements into technical strategies, driving decisions that align with both short- and long-term organizational goals.
 * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, allocate resources, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
