 * Strong understanding of when and how to effectively apply AI in development

Experience measuring and optimizing developer productivity

 * Background in DevOps and CI/CD automation
 * Consulting or professional services experience

Proficient in 2 or more modern backend technology (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js)

 * Proficient in at least one modern front-end technology (React, Angular, etc.)
 * Basic understanding of data storage options (sql, document, graph, data warehouse, etc.) with proficiency in at least 2
 * Experience in at least one cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
 * Experience in IaC with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
 * Proficient in unit testing with a testing first approach
 * Proven track record of leading software engineering teams and delivering complex systems
 * Deep expertise in modern software architecture patterns and practices
 * Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
 * Experience establishing engineering standards and development practices
 * Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
