## Description

* Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
 * Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
 * Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
 * Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
 * Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
 * Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
 * Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
 * Performs other duties as assigned.
