## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience as a Product Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar software engineering role.
 * Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to build production-quality systems independently.
 * Experience working across the stack, including backend services, APIs, databases, and customer-facing applications.
 * Strong product instincts and a passion for building user-centric software.
 * Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and strong technical judgment.
 * Proven track record of shipping products and features from concept through production.
 * Desire to work closely with customers and contribute to both technical and product decisions.

Preferred

 * Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, workflow automation platforms, or enterprise software.
 * Familiarity with modern AI systems, LLMs, agents, or orchestration frameworks.
 * Strong UI/UX instincts and an appreciation for creating intuitive user experiences.
 * Previous startup experience, particularly as an early engineer or founding team member.
 * Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, insurance, or legal technology.
 * Interest in developer productivity, enterprise automation, and AI infrastructure.
