## About the Role

* 12+ years on missile defense or other large, complex DoD programs with a Master's degree, or 20+ years with a Bachelor's degree

 * Solid understanding of the current missile defense architecture and future concepts

 * Experience modeling, assessing and evaluating future missile defense architectures

 * Strong at interpreting results and presenting findings clearly

 * Excellent written and verbal communication and strong collaboration

 * Strong time management and prioritization

 * Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

 * Onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA

Preferred Qualifications

 * Active TS/SCI clearance

 * AFSIM or similar missile defense simulation tools and frameworks

 * Integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) or cruise missile defense systems

 * Space systems

 * Defining and applying advanced concepts and algorithms for M&S of missile defense architectures

 * Systems engineering support to architecture design
