## About the Role

 * Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
 * Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting.
 * Familiarity with Git, FlexDeploy, or similar deployment tools.
 * Experience with TOAD, WinSCP, PuTTY, or similar utilities.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Technical Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Oracle PL/SQL development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS applications, developing custom reports and interfaces, troubleshooting production issues, and working with supply chain modules., * Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS and related applications.

 * Support Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Purchasing, Work in Process (WIP), and Purchase Orders.
 * Develop, customize, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
 * Develop and support Oracle Forms, Reports, RDF reports, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher solutions.
 * Design, develop, and maintain interfaces, integrations, and workflows.
 * Troubleshoot application and database issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
 * Manage incident, problem, change, and service request processes in accordance with ITIL standards.
 * Support Oracle Workflow, REST/SOAP web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as applicable.
 * Monitor application performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain service-level commitments.
 * Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues.
 * Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, migration scripts, and operational runbooks.
 * Support testing, deployment, release management, and post-deployment validation.
